Return Policy
Restocking Fee:To receive a full refund, items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Returns that are not in the original packaging or show signs of use will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. For any questions or further assistance, please contact our customer service team.
We accept unused, unopened, and defective merchandise purchased on shop-beurer.com for return or exchange.
Any Beurer products purchased at third-party seller websites or stores shall be returned to the place of purchase.
Returned Beurer items must be sent back in original, undamaged packaging with all original parts included.
- Customers who'd like to return a product purchased on www.shop-beurer.com will receive a full refund of purchase price (not including shipping and handling fees).
- Items received within 60 days of delivery could be subject to a full refund to the original form of payment.
- Items received within 60 days of delivery with damaged packaging and/or missing parts, a partial refund will be granted to your original form of payment.
- Items received after 60 days of delivery will be eligible for an exchange through our limited lifetime warranty

- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 60 days of receipt of your shipment under these conditions:
- They must be in original condition
- In the original packaging
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for items returned within 60 days of delivery
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
