Love this TENS belt!!!!

This belt is great. I really love how I can velcro this around my waist versus use those sticky pads to attach to my back. After many uses the sticky pads no longer make good contact with my lower back and don't perform as well as this TENS belt does. Just make sure that you read the instructions on using the belt properly.

The Beurer lower back Tens unit

Great product for lower back pain, I can put on without help!

I own a traditional TENS unit. I have to have help from my wife placing the patches correctly. This TENS lower back belt is excellent and extremely effective. I am able to just put it on select my program and level up securely to my comfort level and I am getting the treatment I need. I am very happy with this product. I love the 3rd program option 4hz pulse is awesome!

My go to for back relief

This tens belt has become the go to for back relief. When my lower back is acting up which usually happens almost daily, I’ll put this on 1-2 times a day and it offers great relief. Really enjoying this product.

Relief for lower back pain

Relieves lower back pain due to muscle tension. Would be easier to use if there was a physical tab that hung down and could be felt by the user to align with the spine. The instructions say to keep the electrodes on either side of the spine but the logo position is difficult to feel in relation to your spine. Just to be sure I placed it correctly, I asked my wife to visually confirm. Also, the 3-phase program doesn't have a warning indication for the increased ramp-up in intensity, which always caused me to have a startling reaction and may have contributed to additional muscle pain. Overall, the EM38 is effective in relieving the pain but I had to use it at the full strength setting twice a day for five days. During this time, the TENS unit functioned properly and without issue. I have other TENS units that instruct the user not to use it more than twice a day. I read the instructions twice but didn't find any such warnings about daily repeated use. Just to be safe, I limited using it to twice a day without warnings from Beurer to do so.
