I received my pillow last week and have been loving it ever since. I use it to massage my neck, middle, and lower back. It's comfortable and fits very nicely between myself and my ladyboy chair. It gives a deep massage, and I feel the tension melt away. The heat feature is a nice bonus too. It feels good but does not get too hot. Another added bonus is that its colour matches my lazyboy so it looks good there too!

I have purchased many Beurer product and enjoyed using them. However I was disappointed that my MG134 Shiatsu Massage Cushion stopped working after two week of use. I am working with customer service for an exchange and they have yet to find a resolution. Disappointed.
