This is a very wonderful product. I have purchased several hearing devices and they all are useless. I had purchased HA 50 from shop LC. It was very very good and had very little background noise. Unfortunately, at one point it wasn’t cared for correctly and it stopped working. I looked everywhere for another one. Unfortunately I’m afraid I didn’t look close enough. I finally googled the name that was on the hearing aid and found this company. This is one of the best hearing amplifiers of any kind that I have used. The background noise is so minimal. It’s amazing and I can hear and that is the biggest deal ever. I don’t feel left out of conversations, I can hear in church. It’s amazing and I will purchase the models when I can afford them. By the way, these are the most affordable, and I called them hearing aids because they aren’t just amplifiers. They aid me. I can’t say enough about these.

Would be perfect if they were rechargeable!

Helps amplify sounds but need a hearing aid for severe cases like mine but it helped a bit

Such a practical and affordable alternative to a hearing aid. I bought this for my mother-in-law who has issues with her hearing. Im not even aware of when she is wearing it because it is so unnoticeable, yet the difference in her hearing is very noticeable (she hardly has me repeating things to her, especially when we talk on the phone, this item has really helped with the phone calls!). She says its comfortable and the ability to adjust the volume comes in handy depending on where she is. She also mentioned how great it was that it came with a battery and then also a replacement.
