Cuffs

the cuffs are great (as is the BP machine) but the cuffs don't seem to last very long. I don't know why this is, I take great care of Both the instrument and the cuff. But I am on my forth cuff!

You did not ship the correct number of items!

You shipped one less item than what I paid for. How can that happen? What a poor performance from a company that holds itself out as being near perfection. Don't market your company in a way that you cannot support. The one item I received was the correct one and I will be calling your Customer Service people to complete my order
